Recipe - Makes 20
Ingredients
400g golden caster sugar
225g unsalted butter, melted
60g cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 large eggs
225g plain flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
100g white chocolate chips
Icing sugar to dust
- Preheat oven to 180C or gas mark 4 and line a tin (23 x 33 cm) with grease proof paper.
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into your tin, level and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Leave to cool completely in the tin before cutting into pieces. Dust with icing sugar.
